Richard D. Rose (Rick) joined Calgon Carbon as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel in September 2009. Rick is the company’s chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
Rick has been a practicing lawyer since 1988. Prior to joining Calgon Carbon, Rick was a shareholder in the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC where his practice included general corporate counseling, federal securities and mergers and acquisitions. Before becoming a lawyer, Rick was an auditor with an international public accounting firm.
Rick earned a B.S. in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. |
