Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and neighbors. We are working closely with our suppliers and our supply chain partners to avoid disruption in the delivery of our products and services.
To this end, we have:
Implemented COVID-19 safety training to all our field service engineers
Established aggressive health and safety protocols at our manufacturing and office facilities, and within our field services organization
Have created a work-from-home schedule for our workers that are able to do so, in response to recommendations from the WHO, CDC, and Federal/State/Local governments
Implemented formal communication protocol for anyone who suspects they may have been in close contact with an infected person(s)
Implemented formal procedures to identify and respond to employee illness, which include our intention to notify customers or stakeholders of any known situation that has the potential to impact their business operations or employee health.
We are confident we have the right teams, training, and processes in place to rapidly respond to COVID-19 in an agile manner. We are grateful for the spirit of our front-line employees and the continued trust and commitment of our customers and suppliers.
